Amar Brahmbhatt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and real estate finance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Contech Alliance since July 2024, Amar is committed to promoting innovation in the construction and real estate sectors. As a Senior Director in the Risk and Underwriting Group at Kimco Realty Corporation since December 2011, Amar specializes in CRE investment due diligence and financial modeling for a variety of real estate projects. Earlier career experiences include roles at Goldman Sachs, Exelon Power Team, and American International Group, providing a solid foundation in financial analysis and credit risk. Amar holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University.
