Christopher Byrd

Christopher Byrd currently serves as Vice President for the Pacific Southwest region at Kimco Realty Corporation since October 2021. Prior to this role, Christopher spent nearly two decades at Weingarten Realty Investors, where positions included Vice President/Regional Leasing Director managing assets in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Colorado, as well as Senior Leasing Director overseeing properties in Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, and Nevada. During tenure as Leasing Executive in the Phoenix regional office, Christopher earned recognition as a Top National Producer in both 2005 and 2006. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, as well as education from The University of Texas at Austin.
