David Langer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in user support and systems management. Since March 2001, Langer has served as a Senior Analyst in the Solutions Group at Kimco Realty Corporation, where responsibilities included migrating over 400 users from Blackberry OS to iPhone, creating self-service documentation, managing wireless device procurement, and providing end-user support to more than 500 users across 32 offices. Prior to this, Langer held managerial positions in PC support and helpdesk roles at WorldCom, Acclaim Entertainment, and LIZ CLAIBORNE INC, where expertise included overseeing large-scale IT upgrades, managing cross-platform user support, and leading teams through significant technology transitions. Langer holds a Master of Science in Management & Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Technology & Society from Stony Brook University.
