Elaine Hassan

Elaine Hassan is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in portfolio management and real estate valuation. Since December 1997, Elaine has held key leadership roles at Kimco Realty Corporation, currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management after previously holding the position of Director of Portfolio Management. Prior to this, Elaine worked at The Bank of New York from April 1993 to November 1997 as Assistant Treasurer, specializing in real estate valuation and lending. Elaine holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University, obtained in 1997, and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 1989.
