Evie Gonzalez has extensive experience in lease analysis and administration, currently serving as the Manager of Lease Analysis at Kimco Realty Corporation since February 2006, having previously held positions as Supervisor of Lease Analysis and Senior Lease Analyst within the same company. Prior to this role, Evie worked as a Lease Administrator at Sitt Asset Management from August 2005 to January 2006 and spent nearly nine years at George Comfort and Son's, Inc. as an Accounts Receivable/Lease Administrator.
