Jennifer Maisch

Jennifer Maisch, Vice President of Marketing & Communications, is responsible for the organization's marketing, branding, media and public relations, leasing support, and shopping center marketing and community engagement activities. She joined Kimco in 2011 as Marketing Project Manager, and most recently served as Director of Communications.

Prior to joining Kimco, Ms. Maisch was responsible for marketing and leasing for a Long Island-based commercial real estate firm, and also worked in affordable housing finance for a tax credit syndicator.

Ms. Maisch holds an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University and a B.A. in English from Lehigh University. She is a ot the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a participant in Nareit's Communications Council.
