Jonathon Siswick

Jonathon Siswick is currently the VP of Lease Administration at Kimco Realty. Prior to their current position, they were with S-Four Investments, LLC as well as General Growth Properties, where they served as the Director of Operations Administration and Asset Management.

At General Growth Properties, Jonathon was responsible for analyzing and reviewing the real estate portfolio, which had revenue in excess of $3 billion. Their key responsibilities included working inter-departmentally on budget planning and forecasting, and supporting these processes with instructional and guidance documents. Jonathon also reported on multi-disciplined operating assets and expenditures, providing analysis and metrics to management. Additionally, Jonathon participated in cross-functional teams that were responsible for designing, creating and re-engineering internal systems and processes.

Some specific accomplishments during Jonathon's time at General Growth Properties include designing and creating a budget template to capture more than $1 billion of annual operating expense over more than 500 entities. Jonathon also coordinated and managed learning materials and support forums, achieving 100% participation and delivering consolidated detail and summary budget packages for management review by the deadline. In addition, Jonathon authored the portfolio monthly executive summary, which enabled all levels of leadership to review operating expense trending data, commentary and performance statistics compared to prior year and variance to budget - supporting a highly proactive culture to manage expenses within budget parameters.
