Madeline Toscano

Madeline Toscano, CPA, serves as the Director of Investor Relations at Kimco Realty Corporation since December 2015. In addition, Madeline has been an Independent Real Estate Investor and Manager since June 2010, owning and managing multi-family rental properties. Prior experience includes roles as Audit Senior at Ernst & Young LLP from August 2013 to November 2015, Mentee at Deloitte LLP during June 2012, and Audit Intern at Ernst & Young LLP from May 2012 to August 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Forensic Accounting from the University at Albany, State University of New York, with an expected graduation in May 2013, and attendance at the AIP Language Institute since 2010, focusing on language studies in Valencia, Spain.
