Trevor Ankeny

Trevor Ankeny, CPM, is an experienced property management professional currently serving as a Property Manager at Kimco Realty Corporation since July 2005, overseeing a portfolio of 15 properties in the Mid-Atlantic region, totaling over 1.7 million square feet of GLA. Previously, Trevor held the position of Manager of Lease Analysis, managing both domestic and international teams to ensure accurate billing and collections within Kimco's expansive portfolio of over 170 properties and $20 million in monthly billings. Trevor's earlier experience includes roles as a Property Analyst at GGP and an A/R Administrator at Partners Management. Academically, Trevor holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting from Capella University, and an Associate degree in Arts with a focus on Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
