Tom Megonigal

Tom Megonigal, CSP, TSC has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry. Tom started their career as an intern at Voit Real Estate Services in 2006. Tom then worked as an intern at Kimco Staffing in 2005. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Tom then joined Kimco Staffing as a Business Development Specialist from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Business Development Specialist at Advantex Professional Services from 2013 to 2015. Tom then joined MediQuest Staffing as a Division Manager from 2015 to 2018. Finally, they returned to Kimco Staffing in 2018, first as Executive Vice President and later as President.

Tom Megonigal, CSP, TSC graduated from Chapman University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies. Tom also obtained two additional certifications from the American Staffing Association, namely, Certified Staffing Professional® and Technical Services Certified™, both in 2014.
