Lisa Ross McMillion

Lisa Ross McMillion has worked in various roles for several different companies since 1991. Lisa began their career at Miami-Dade Transit as Manager of Budget and Grants in 1991. In 2000, they moved to Miami-Dade County as Assistant to the County Manager. In 2006, they became Senior Assistant to the Port Director at the Port of Miami. In 2014, they took on the role of Chief of Staff at the Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department. In 2016, they became Chief of Performance Management and Improvement at Miami-Dade Water and Sewer. Most recently, in 2019, they became Co-CEO/CFO of Kimera Labs Inc.

Lisa Ross McMillion received their Master of Public Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 1990, and their Bachelor of Business Administration from the same school in 1986.
