Mike Mooney

Mike Mooney has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Kimera Labs Inc since February 2023. Prior to that, Mike worked as a Consultant, Health and Welfare at Gallagher from February 2022 to October 2022. From February 2017 to March 2022, they were the Founder and Director at TruMedicus, where they guided organizational leaders through strategy development for the implementation of regenerative/stem cell technologies and surgical procedures. Before that, from January 2016 to November 2019, Mike co-founded and served as the Managing Director at MacRed Medical Partners, where they developed strategies to reduce opioid use and organized new investment models for surgeon groups. From January 2015 to January 2019, they were the Regional Vice President at Catalyst Regenerative Network, where they coordinated product launches, identified opportunities, and grew territories to become the largest source of revenue. Additionally, Mike has experience as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual from June 2008 to December 2012, an Account Executive at iHeartMedia from June 2007 to June 2008, and as the Owner of Lacrosse Southwest LLC from May 2006 to June 2008, where they founded and managed the first lacrosse business in New Mexico. Mike also served as the Vice President of the Associated Students of the University of New Mexico from May 2005 to May 2006, where they presided over the senate and assisted student organizations. Mike Mooney has a proven track record of leadership, strategy development, and revenue generation in various industries.

Mike Mooney attended the UNM Anderson School of Management from 2002 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
