Amy Almeida, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Partner at Kimley-Horn, a position held since December 2018, where responsibilities include engaging in employee relations, retention efforts, performance management, and training program development for the Florida region. Previously, Amy managed human resources at Entertainment Technology Partners from October 2006 to November 2018, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining HR compliance across multiple states.
