Andrew McLaughlin

Andrew McLaughlin serves as the Survey Practice Builder at Kimley-Horn since August 2025, focusing on expanding the surveying team in Florida through client relationship development, market opportunity exploration, project delivery oversight, and financial performance management. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics from the University of Florida, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
