Curtis Rowe, P.E., PTOE, serves as Vice President at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. since May 1994, specializing in traffic engineering with expertise in traffic impact studies, corridor studies, traffic and safety evaluations, traffic signal design, roundabout design, and roadway design. In addition, Curtis Rowe currently teaches Highway and Traffic Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines as an Adjunct Professor since August 2023 and previously taught Statistics and Algebra classes at DeVry University from January 2009 to May 2012. Curtis Rowe began professional experience as an Engineering Intern in the Urban Design and Roadway Lighting Division at the Nebraska Department of Roads from May 1993 to May 1994. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
