David Ellington

David Ellington is a seasoned civil engineer and project manager with significant experience in the field. Serving as Vice President at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. since June 2004, David has contributed to various projects and leadership initiatives. Prior to this role, David worked as a Research Assistant at the Virginia Department of Transportation from 2002 to 2004. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
