Joseph Muller

Joseph Muller is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and land development. Currently serving as Vice President at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. since September 2011, Joseph leads the design and development of the national asset/pavement management program, utilizing innovative tools like the ArcGIS data collection system. Previously, Joseph held the position of Vice President at Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. from October 2007 to September 2011, managing the Land Development Department. Furthermore, Joseph was the President and CEO of Professional Engineering Associates for nearly 20 years, significantly growing the firm from 15 to over 100 employees. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University, awarded in 1972.
