Kyle Brockman

Kyle Brockman, P.E. is a Civil Engineer and Land Development Project Manager with extensive experience in site developments and single-family subdivisions. Currently employed at Kimley-Horn since July 2022, Kyle has previously held similar positions at Parkhill, Smith & Cooper and Manhard Consulting, overseeing projects in West Texas and the Greater Houston area. Early career experience includes roles at Jones|Carter, RPS, and Espey Consultants, where Kyle participated in various engineering projects, municipal utility district management, and developed skills in project management, design, and mapping using ArcGIS and AutoCAD. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2014.
