Matt Lucas

Matt Lucas, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience at Kimley-Horn, holding various positions from Civil Engineer to Senior Vice President since November 2013. Prior to this, Matt served as Senior Project Manager at Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers from August 2007 to November 2013. With advanced education in civil engineering, including a Master’s degree earned in 2007 and a Bachelor’s degree completed in 2006, both from Texas A&M University, Matt brings a strong technical background to their leadership roles.
