Melissa Hewitt

Melissa Hewitt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at ITS California since January 2018, Melissa also holds the position of President and Board Chair. Additionally, Melissa has been with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. since May 1996, where the role of Vice President has been undertaken. Melissa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, completing studies from 1993 to 1996.
