Michael Delmarter

Michael Delmarter is a Senior Vice President at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. since January 1997, bringing over 35 years of project management and engineering design experience in various land development sectors, including master planned communities and commercial developments. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Engineer at Delmarter and Deifel from 1990 to January 1997, where responsibilities encompassed engineering design for residential subdivisions and commercial projects, as well as survey services. Michael's career began as an Engineering Analyst at Psomas from 1987 to 1990, focusing on engineering estimates, entitlements, and drainage studies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA (1986-1988) and attended Bakersfield College (1984-1986).
