Rob Prunty is an experienced Project Manager and Design Manager with a robust background in transportation engineering and project development. Currently at Kimley-Horn since February 2018, Rob leads the design and project development for the I-495 Express Lanes Northern Extension and previously managed the I-66 Outside the Beltway design for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). Prior experience includes roles at CH2M, HNTB, AECOM, CDM Smith, and A/E Group, with significant contributions to major projects such as the Transform I-66 Outside the Beltway and associated environmental assessments. Rob holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering - Transportation from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
