Tim Harper

Tim Harper, PE, currently serves as the Surface Water Project Manager at Kimley-Horn since December 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of Lead Engineer at the South Florida Water Management District from February 2011 to February 2025, where responsibilities included managing projects through design and construction phases, notably overseeing a $22 million project for the East Coast Protective Levee in compliance with FEMA regulations. Tim also worked as a Principal Engineer at Greenhorne & O'Mara from September 2001 to January 2011 and as a Project Manager at Dewberry from May 2000 to September 2001. Tim Harper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University between 1995 and 2000.
