Wilmer Ulloa

Wilmer Ulloa is a Civil Engineering Analyst at Kimley-Horn, beginning in July 2024, and has previously held positions as a Civil Engineering Intern at the same company from May to August 2022, May to August 2023, and September 2023 to May 2024.
