Benjamin Dell

Benjamin Dell is an accomplished professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in leadership and investment roles. As the Founder and Managing Director of Kimmeridge since May 2012, Benjamin has driven growth and innovation in energy investments. Previously, Benjamin served as Chairman of Civitas Resources from November 2021 to May 2023 and was the Co-head of the AB Global Energy Exploration Fund at AllianceBernstein from August 2010 to May 2012. Benjamin also worked as a Senior Analyst in Exploration & Production and US Oil Services at Sanford C Bernstein from January 2003 to August 2010, and as a geologist at bp between 1998 and 2003. Benjamin holds a BA in Geology from the University of Oxford, earned between 1995 and 1998.
