Holly West

Holly West serves as the Head of Talent at Kimmeridge since November 2021. Prior to this role, West held various positions at the United States Military Academy at West Point, including Director of Institutional Strategic Planning and Assessment and Associate Dean for Strategy and Policy from July 2011 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Research Analyst for the U.S Army Accessions Command and an Instructor/Assistant Professor at West Point. West's military background spans several roles in the U.S. Army, such as Supply Company Commander and Brigade Supply Officer, along with civil-military operations and leadership positions in Europe and Texas. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Higher Education Administration from New York University, an MBA from the University of Kentucky, and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
