Sahil Thakur

Sahil Thakur is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at InstantServe LLC since November 2022, while also working as a Sourcing Specialist at Tharseo IT and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kimoha Technologies since December and November 2021, respectively. Sahil began a career in talent acquisition as a Trainee at Sigma Enterprises in early 2021, transitioning from a Team Lead role at Modern Forwarding Agency, where tenure lasted from June 2019 to December 2020. Prior experience includes completing job training at Alchemy within Chancery Pavilion Hotel and industrial training at Taj Chandigarh. Sahil holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Himachal Pradesh University, a Bachelor's in Hotel Management from Bahra University, and has completed various educational stages leading up to these degrees, indicating a strong foundation in both hospitality and human resources. Currently, Sahil is pursuing an additional MBA through ICDEOL HPU Shimla.
