Claire Shoults

Claire Shoults is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in catering and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Catering Conference Services at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants since March 2024, Claire has held various roles including Banquet Manager and Catering and Event Sales Manager at TWELVE Hotels and Residences and Legacy Ventures Hospitality, respectively. Previously, Claire contributed as a Catering Sales Manager and a Restaurant & Events Manager at Tungyai Industries, as well as an Assistant Property Manager at Braden Fellman Group. Claire's early career includes experience as a Lead Store Trainer and Bartender at Miller's Ale House Restaurants, and a brief legal internship at CWU, Inc. Educationally, Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University.
