Roger Doyle

Roger Doyle is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Roger has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has held various finance and business support positions at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Roger is a key member of the executive team and is responsible for the development and execution of strategy and business planning. Roger is a strategic partner to the CEO, Operations and Commercial leaders and leads a team of finance professionals. Roger has a proven track record in driving growth, integration, profit and commercial agenda.

Roger Doyle has a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland as well as certification from CPA Australia.

Roger Doyle reports to Mike DeFrino, Chief Executive Officer. Roger Doyle works with Joe Pagone - Vice President, Operations Hotels & Restaurants, Nina Beizai - Vice President, Communications & Content, and Ginny Too - Senior Vice President, People & Culture.
