Bob Cole has a extensive work experience in various financial and leadership roles. Bob began their career at Harold's Stores, Inc. in 1993, where they worked as a Manager of Financial Planning, Controller, and eventually became the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they led the overall financial policies of the company and oversaw financial functions such as accounting, budgeting, and cash management. Bob also maintained investor and banking relationships and provided regular financial updates to the Board of Directors. In 2008, Bob joined Kimray, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer. Bob was responsible for financial and fiscal management, as well as human resource management. Bob then served as the Executive Vice President, CFO & Treasurer, where they led a 7-person executive team and managed strategic initiatives. Currently, Bob holds the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Kimray, Inc. where they provide day-to-day leadership and management, drives the company to achieve sales and profitability goals, and ensures operational controls and reporting procedures are in place for organizational growth.

Bob Cole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma between 1984 and 1988.
