Michael W. Dudleson

Michael W. Dudleson, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael W. began their career in 1998 at Bank of Oklahoma, where they successfully completed the Account Management Development Program and later became a Vice President in Private Banking. In this role, they managed a large loan portfolio, conducted extensive credit and financial analysis, and graduated from the bank's Account Management Development Program.

In 2006, Michael joined Kimray, Inc as the Corporate Controller. During their tenure, they oversaw all accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset management, and the closing of financial statements. Michael W. also played a pivotal role in coordinating the sale of a division to a publicly held company.

In 2013, Michael was promoted to Vice President of Finance at Kimray, where they served as a senior executive responsible for financial management. Michael W. successfully transformed the accounting department into a strategic partner, driving the company towards its vision while upholding its core values.

Since December 2015, Michael has held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kimray. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, they continue to contribute to the company's growth by combining their financial expertise with strategic decision-making.

Michael W. Dudleson, CPA, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in the years 1992 to 1996. In 2003, they became a Certified Public Accountant accredited by the Oklahoma Accountancy Board. Michael also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Oklahoma City University between 2012 and 2013. Michael W. further pursued executive education in Valuation at NYU Stern School of Business in 2017. Additionally, Michael attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2017 to 2019 and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP).
