Nathen Callahan

Nathen Callahan, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in quality management and operational excellence. Nathen is currently the Director of Quality and Operational Excellence at Kimray, Inc., where they oversee quality control and process improvement initiatives. Nathen previously served as the Director of Quality at the same company. Before joining Kimray, Inc., Nathen worked as a Quality Manager at Malarkey Roofing Products and as a Manufacturing Quality Manager at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC. Nathen also held various leadership positions at The Climate Control Group, LSB Industries, Inc., GE Oil & Gas ESP, Wood Group, and ATC Drivetrain. In addition to their extensive industry experience, Nathen has a proven track record of achieving cost savings, improving productivity, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and building strong customer relationships. Nathen holds a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and has a strong background in statistical process control.

Nathen Callahan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The Ohio State University from 1988 to 1993. Later, they pursued an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma City University, completing it in 1999. Nathen also had some association with OMNEX during the same year.
