Mary Peters

Mary Peters serves as the Sports Director, Sports Anchor, and Sports Reporter at KIMT-TV since September 2020, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of sports reporting. In addition, Mary has contributed as an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Leadership Executive Program at the College of Business, Minnesota State University, Mankato since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Multimedia Sports Journalist and Producer at School Space Media, an On Air Personality at Mark Rogers TV, and a Multimedia Journalist Intern at The Suncoast News Network. Mary has also held various positions focusing on sports journalism and commentary across multiple organizations. Mary's educational background includes a Master's degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota.
