Andrew Lee

Andrew Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Andrew is currently working as the Director of Total Rewards, HRIS, & Payroll at Kin Insurance since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cheetah Digital as the Global Total Rewards Leader from May 2021 to September 2022. Andrew also held the position of Senior Consultant, Global Total Rewards at Cheetah Digital from September 2020 to April 2021. Before joining Cheetah Digital, Andrew worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Compensation Manager from February 2019 to March 2020. Andrew gained experience in compensation management at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they served as a Manager from March 2017 to February 2019. Andrew also worked as a Senior Analyst from April 2015 to March 2017 and as an Analyst from July 2013 to April 2015 at Sears. Andrew's career in human resources began with an internship at EXPRESS in 2012.

Andrew Lee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/IO Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2007 to 2011. Andrew then obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Labor and Employment Relations from 2011 to 2012.
