Jefferson Taylor

Jefferson Taylor, MS, SPHR, serves as the HR Business Partner for Technology at Kin Insurance since March 2022. Prior experience includes the role of HR Business Partner for Product Development at Granular, a company leveraging technology to innovate in agriculture, from April 2019 to March 2022. Previously, Jefferson led People Operations at Brigade, a tech startup focused on enhancing civic engagement, from November 2016 to April 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as Employee Operations Lead at the University of San Francisco from October 2012 to November 2016, and as Program Coordinator at the YMCA from May 2007 to October 2012. Jefferson holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Music in Opera Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
