Akiko Hayakawa

Akiko Hayakawa currently serves as the Regional Sales Operations Manager for APAC at Kinaxis, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Akiko worked as a Sales Operations Specialist at Ciena from September 2019 to April 2023, and at Juniper Networks from April 1999 to January 2019. Akiko began a career in sales operations with Aeroflot - Russian Airlines, where responsibilities included working as a Reservations Agent from February 1993 to October 1998.
