Alex then transitioned to Oracle as an Oracle Manufacturing ERP Consultant before joining Levi Strauss & Co. as a Manugistics Superuser and Denim Supply Chain Planner. Following this, Alex worked at i2 Technologies as a Technology Transfer Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Senior Solution Architect, leading the design and implementation of complex i2 planning solutions for multinational companies like 3M, Nokia, and Siemens.
In 2004, they joined 3M as a Senior Supply Chain Service Specialist and later became a Lean Six Sigma Logistics Blackbelt, where they optimized logistics networks for 10 business divisions of 3M Europe. After leaving 3M, Alex worked at Syngenta as a Global Logistics Change Manager and Global Supply Chain Strategy and Design Lead, where they implemented cost-saving strategies and redesigned the company's global supply chain.
Alex then joined Gartner as a Leadership Partner for Supply Chain Leaders, where they acted as a trusted advisor for European clients, helping launch new product lines and supporting exponential revenue growth. Before their current role, Alex worked at JDA Software as a Senior Director Strategic Services, where they led a team that delivered solution blueprints, AI/ML solutions, and change management support services.
Currently, Alex is working at Kinaxis, where they have held two positions: Global Vice President, Strategic Services, and Global Vice President, Industry Practices. In these roles, they have been involved in supporting customers' digital transformation journeys in the area of supply chain management, leading teams and developing strategic services for training, enablement, and industry-specific solutions.

Alex Rotenberg has a diverse education history. In 2007, they completed a Business School Programme in Integrated SCM at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Before that, from 1994 to 1996, they obtained a Commercial Engineer degree from EHSAL Management School, focusing on Business. Prior to that, they earned an Msc degree in Economics from VLEKHO Business School Brussel between 1990 and 1994. Their secondary education, from 1983 to 1989, was completed at Koninklijk atheneum tervuren, where their field of study was advanced maths. Lastly, they received a primary education in Maths and science from Bloeiende Kerselaar, Brussels, from 1973 to 1983. Additionally, in recent years, they obtained certifications from Kinaxis, including Kinaxis Blueprint Certification in 2020 and Kinaxis Certified Change Management Essentials Specialist in 2019.
