Colm Phelan has a strong background in customer support and management, with experience in various high-level roles within different companies. Colm started their career at IBM, where they served as an ECM Support Manager and later as a Channel Support Manager. In 2012, they moved to Quest Software, where they worked as a Support Partner Manager, Senior Manager of Support Services Delivery, and ultimately as the Director of Support Services and Offerings. In 2018, Phelan joined Kinaxis as the Director of Customer Support EMEA and Global Premier Support. Colm then advanced to the role of VP, Global Customer Support in July 2020.
Colm Phelan attended the University of Limerick from 1993 to 1998. Colm obtained additional certifications, including KCS Practices from The KCS Academy in 2020 and Certified Support Manager from Service Strategies in 2008.
