Megan Paterson

Megan Paterson is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kinaxis. Megan has held previous positions as a Senior HR Advisor at EMS Technologies and an HR Manager at Medisca Pharmaceutical. Paterson has also been on the Board of Directors for The Ottawa Hospital Foundation and Interval House of Ottawa.

Megan Paterson has a BA in Psychology from Carleton University and has completed an Executive HR Management Program from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Megan also has a certification from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in CHRL and CHRP.
