Olena Dehtiar

Olena Dehtiar has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. Olena currently holds the position of Continuous Learning Services Operations Lead at Kinaxis since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Payments Canada from September 2021 to December 2021. Before joining Payments Canada, they served as a Graphics Communications Business Solution Representative at Xerox from November 2016 to March 2020. Olena also had a brief experience as a Customer Service Representative at the Canadian Red Cross in 2016. Olena's career started at TV channel "Ukraine" in 2010, where they held various roles including Account Manager of Broadcasting Network Development Division from May 2012 to January 2015, Personal Assistant from October 2011 to May 2012, and Senior Office Administrator from December 2010 to October 2011.

Olena Dehtiar completed a Certified L&D Specialist program at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR from 2021 to 2022. Olena also holds a Bachelor's degree in Ukrainian Language from the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine." Olena has additional certifications in Scrum: The Basics and What Is Scrum? from LinkedIn, acquired in 2022.
