Reda Bahmani

Reda Bahmani is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support and operations management. Currently serving as a Premier Support Manager at Kinaxis since September 2018, Reda focuses on providing support for RapidResponse, along with system testing and infrastructure management. Previously, Reda worked at Dell EMC from August 2008 to September 2018 in various roles, including Senior Technical Coach and Senior Storage Engineer, where contributions included developing operational processes and serving as a subject matter expert in technical support.
