Wayne Stevens

Wayne Stevens is an experienced professional in content development and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Content Development at Kinaxis since 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team, overseeing product documentation, and delivering global training offerings. Previously, at IBM from 2000 to January 2016, Wayne held the position of Development Manager, leading multiple teams in content development for various IBM products and enhancing customer satisfaction through training and support programs. Wayne began a career in technology as a Developer in various roles at PCI Geomatics, MDA - Radarsat International, and the Government of Canada. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria and is furthering education at UCLA.
