Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Security Plastics/National Molding from October 1997 to July 2002. Charles Rutherford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bluefield State University, complemented by foundational education at Bluefield High School.
