Karen Duncan

Karen Duncan has over four decades of experience in the healthcare and community care sectors. Since April 2011, Karen has been serving as a Community Care Assistant at KinCare while also working as a Personal Care Assistant at Dolleina since July 2015. Prior to these roles, Karen held various positions including Administrator at INC International Network of Churches from June 1998 to June 2021, and worked as a Registered Midwife at both The Queen Elizabeth II Hospital and Royal Woman’s Hospital. Karen began a career as a Registered Nurse at Kempsey District Hospital from January 1980 to March 1984. Education was completed in Port Macquarie.
