Abigail Faillace

Abigail Faillace is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in creative roles, currently serving as Design Manager at KIND since September 2022. Previously, Abigail held the position of Senior Art Director at Thrasio from March 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included mentoring design teams, optimizing e-commerce brand performance, and leading strategic brand initiatives. Prior experience includes Art Director at Blue Buffalo Co, focusing on customer-centric design solutions, and Graphic Designer at Daymon, where project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams were key. Abigail began their career as a Graphics Packaging Designer at PDC BRANDS and holds a Bachelor of Science in Art and Design with a concentration in Graphic Design, as well as a minor in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University, completed in 2015.
