Andrew Newman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew started their career as an HR Intern in the Information Technology department at ExxonMobil in 2007. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Champs Sports from 2006 to 2008, where they managed daily operations and supervised a team of employees. In their next role at ExxonMobil from 2008 to 2012, Andrew served in various HR positions, including HR Advisor and Compensation/Benefits Specialist, where they managed employee relations and compensation programs. From 2012 to 2020, Andrew worked at Schwan's Company in different roles, including National Account Manager and Midwest Sales, SuperValu Team Lead, where they managed sales relationships and strategic planning for key accounts. Andrew'smost recent role is Director of Sales | Central & West Region at KIND since 2020.
Andrew Newman obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2006. Andrew later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and completed it in 2008.
