Millie Biswas, PMP, PMI-ACP, has a strong background in project management and has consistently delivered successful complex initiatives on time and within budget. Millie is skilled in strategic leadership, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Millie has held various positions throughout their career, including Director of Project Management at KIND, Senior Manager at Project and Portfolio Management, Project Manager at Column Technologies, and Consultant at IFRC. Millie also served as a Manager in the Financial Services Office at Ernst & Young, where they gained extensive experience in IT change management and system implementation projects.
