Rogelio Melgar

Rogelio Melgar has extensive experience in supply chain planning, product supply management, logistics operations, and commercial management. Rogelio most recently served as Director of Supply Chain Planning at KIND since February 2020. Prior to that, they held senior roles at Mondelēz International, including Senior Manager - Product Supply and Commercial & Continuous Improvement Manager. Rogelio also worked as a Commercial & Continuous Improvement Manager at Toll Holdings Limited, and as an Analyst at Oracle Corporation. Rogelio began their career as a Procurement Coordinator at Santelena Healthcare Group, where they successfully implemented a strategic productivity framework and managed relationships with international suppliers.

Rogelio Melgar completed their high school education at Instituto Cumbres Preparatoria in Mexico City from 2000 to 2003. Rogelio then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Operations Management at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate Diploma in Business English from MLS International College in 2007. In 2008 and 2009, Rogelio studied at Melbourne Business School, where they earned a Master's degree in Applied Commerce with a focus on Strategic Management.
