Jocelyn K Rivera, MBA, CRCR, CSPR, currently serves as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Kindbody since October 2023. Previous experience includes roles in claims operations at US Family Health Plan, and Director positions in Patient Financial Services and Claims Operations at CRYSTAL RUN HEALTHCARE LLP and Healthfirst, respectively. Jocelyn co-founded Revenue Cycle Market LLC, overseeing comprehensive revenue cycle operations and delivering solutions to various healthcare organizations over nearly a decade. Additional experience includes directing revenue cycle management at Sunnyside Community Services and providing analytics at St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers. Jocelyn holds two MBAs from NYU Stern School of Business and the University of Phoenix, specializing in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Healthcare Management.
