Yuju Shin

Yuju Shin is a highly skilled Senior Embryologist at Kindbody since November 2023, with previous experience as an Embryologist at Zouves Fertility Center, where expertise in oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and preimplantation genetic testing was developed. Prior to that, Yuju worked as a Research Technician at Howard Hughes Medical Institute, engaging in research on algae species, and as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, conducting genetic investigations on wild sunflowers and contributing to studies on the ecological effects of fire on shrub vegetation. Yuju also served as an Undergraduate Student Instructor in biology, sharing knowledge with undergraduate students, and worked as a Field Biologist at the Richard B. Gump South Pacific Research Station, conducting independent research on feral chickens. Yuju holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Molecular Environmental Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
